What Is Your Love Life Worth?

Love Letter | 17Th September 2026

We invest in what we value.

So why don't we invest more consciously in Love?

Think about the things we consider valuable in life.

Our homes.

Our businesses.

Our careers.

Our investments.

Our health.

Our education.

When something really matters to us, we seek expertise.

We have financial advisors, lawyers, architects, business mentors, teachers, health consultants and fitness coaches.

Artists have master teachers.

Athletes have coaches.

Entrepreneurs have advisors.

And when we buy a house worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, we don’t usually say:

“I’ll just figure out how to maintain this by trial and error.”

Yet when it comes to one of the most consequential choices we make in life — who we love and how we create a lasting relationship — most of us are simply expected to figure it out as we go.

We fall in Love.

We move in together.

We get married.

We have children.

We build a life.

And then we learn.

Often through mistakes.

Sometimes through heartbreak.

Sometimes when there is already a great deal at stake.

WHAT IF WE THOUGHT ABOUT LOVE DIFFERENTLY?

What if a deeply fulfilling relationship was something we were actually educated for?

What if couples had someone they could work with before the crisis?

Someone who could help them clarify their values.

Explore their relationship vision.

Understand their patterns.

Learn how to communicate.

Navigate differences.

Protect intimacy.

Create conscious agreements.

And keep asking:

“Are we still creating the relationship we both want to live in?”

This is part of the opportunity I see for Love Coaching.

A Love Coach isn’t there to tell two people how to love.

They are there to help people become more conscious of how they love, what they value, what they want to create and what may be standing between them and the relationship they desire. And it isn’t only for couples.

A conscious Love Coach can also help a single person explore:

How do I want to live my single life?

What kind of relationship am I actually available for?

What are my non-negotiables?

What patterns am I repeating?

How do I want to show up when Love arrives?

Because relationship wisdom shouldn’t begin only after something goes wrong.

SO, WHAT WOULD YOU PAY TO GET LOVE RIGHT?

I don’t believe we can put an actual $ value on Love.

However perhaps we can ask a different question:

What is the value of having a deeply fulfilling, emotionally mature and lasting relationship?

What would it be worth to have a relationship where two people genuinely know how to repair after conflict?

Where they can talk truthfully about money, sex, family, boundaries and their dreams?

Where both people feel seen?

Where children grow up witnessing two adults who know how to navigate difference with dignity?

Where Love doesn’t simply survive…however continues to evolve?

And perhaps the real investment isn’t only money.

It is attention.

It is education.

It is self-awareness.

It is practice.

It is being willing to ask for support before the house is already on fire.

WE DON’T LEARN THIS AT SCHOOL.

Most of us weren’t taught relationship intelligence as children.

We inherited models.

We watched our parents.

We absorbed cultural ideas about marriage, gender, romance and commitment.

Then we entered our own relationships and started learning through experience.

But perhaps humanity is ready for another step.

Perhaps we can begin to treat Love & Relationship Knowledge as essential human education.

Not because relationships should become clinical or complicated.

But because something this important deserves conscious attention.

This is why I believe the world needs a new generation of professionally trained Love Coaches.

Not people who have all the answers.

But people who know how to ask the questions that can change a person’s relationship with themselves, with another person — and ultimately with Love itself.

Because if we are willing to invest in our houses, our businesses and our futures…perhaps it is time to invest consciously in the relationships that make our very own lives worth living.

With Love
